SB 813 -- Community College Maintenance

This bill clarifies that the annual community college
appropriation for maintenance and repair is exclusive of any
capital appropriation.  The limit on these appropriations, which
remains at 10% of the operating appropriation, is also exclusive
of capital appropriations.
